I've lodged Letter of Demand to ERI 2 months back as 1st tier course of action. Which time share firm are you intending of pursuing the matter and which legal firm service you've engaged? If you're fall within the same category as mine, I'ld like to be part of you to bring ERI to justice.

I think its important for people to group together and deal with this timeshare companies collectively.

We did not even pay the instalment plans after forking out the first $9000. Now they have a "company" who is willing to buy our timeshare if we are willing to come up with another $4200. If not, the company claims that ERI will sue us in court.

Companies like that ought to be shut down and taken to court!

I'm also a victim of ERI. I think if we want to make an impact on them, we should gather all the ERI victims and make a group complaint to CASE or lawyer. Imagine, hundreds of complaint lodged at one time. Anyone definitely have to take it seriously. I haven't made any complaint to CASE yet, but I'm looking for a lawyer.
