I think its important for people to group together and deal with this timeshare companies collectively.

We did not even pay the instalment plans after forking out the first $9000. Now they have a "company" who is willing to buy our timeshare if we are willing to come up with another $4200. If not, the company claims that ERI will sue us in court.

Companies like that ought to be shut down and taken to court!

I'm also a victim of ERI. I think if we want to make an impact on them, we should gather all the ERI victims and make a group complaint to CASE or lawyer. Imagine, hundreds of complaint lodged at one time. Anyone definitely have to take it seriously. I haven't made any complaint to CASE yet, but I'm looking for a lawyer.
