We did not even pay the instalment plans after forking out the first $9000. Now they have a "company" who is willing to buy our timeshare if we are willing to come up with another $4200. Date Posted: Sat, Oct 09 2004, 21:18:34 I'm also a victim of ERI. I think if we want to make an impact on them, we should gather all the ERI victims and make a group complaint to CASE or lawyer. Imagine, hundreds of complaint lodged at one time. Anyone definitely have to take it seriously. I haven't made any complaint to CASE yet, but I'm looking for a lawyer.
