] Date Posted: Sun, May 23 2004, 0:34:54 Hi there, im a victim Of ERI also.. ive decided not to continue with the membership.. as i dont want to waste my time and money to scum company.. ive left with $5k.. and have not use their servie yet.. i have read again the Membership Agreement Terms And Condition under No 10 last 3 sentences saying " If there were any such other representations or warranties, and the Purchasers having elected not to set them out in the Annex 1 hereto after being advised and given the opportunity to do so, the Purchasers agrees that they have hereby excluded from this Agreement, not binding on the Marketer and are no legal effect whatsoever." Is this a clear agrreement if i dont want to pay monthly installments no more, i will be excluded from the Agreement without being sued? Please advice..
