] Date Posted: Wed, Jul 07 2004, 0:08:33 On 22 Jun 04, I witnessed the contractors clearing the office, the office was empty with door wide opened, the office telephone numbers are no longer in use and no one from Regency replied to my email. In addition, there was no relocation notice. I chanced upon this because I was pursuing Regency for 2 months duration to make payment in person. Those of you who have made full payments without receiving certificates and partial payments todate, I strongly urge you to lodge a report to Commercial Affairs Department without further delay, preferably in person so that the CAD officer can guide and brief you through what needs to be done by you for your case. To avoid inconvenience, call 63250000 to make an appointment. I've already submitted my statement. Please refer to this link for more info. http://cad.gov.sg/complain.htm CASE is unable to do anything in this particular situation.
