My intention is not to offend, embarrass or humiliate but to reflect (my apologies to those who are still offended after reading): 1. Have you ever bought or sold an HDB flat before? 2. Do you pay the HDB housing agent FIRST before he or she can find you a buyer? 3. What is so special about timeshare resale? Why is it any different from HDB resale? Why do you have to pay the timeshare resale agent FIRST before he or she can find you a buyer? 4. Do you seriously believe that there is a market for timeshare resale? 5. Why would anyone buy your timeshare when he or she can get a much better deal with all the free gifts, lucky draws, slick presentation etc from a timeshare company? 6. Do you know of anyone who loves to pay timeshare maintenance fee that keeps going up forever and ever? 7. Have you ever wondered that the timeshare resale agent can smell your fear and desperation to unload your worthless timeshare "investment" like a shark? 8. How do you live with yourself/How do you sleep at night when you know perfectly well that you are trying desperately to sell a scam to another unsuspecting victim?
