Dear all,

I have bought a timeshare which cost me $13,000.

I have paid fully the sum but unfortunately, it is not the end, I am force to make yearly maintenance fee which I never use the resort.

I have tried to stop the maintenance fee, but I got a legal letter from the resort management. Now, I am still making payment yearly.

I have also tried all way to sell the timeshare but fail to do that.

Have anyone here trying to stop the maintenace fee while waiting to sell the timeshare or finding legal action?

Just wonder what will happend if stop paying the fee.

Please help.
