If they find you can pay, they will make you pay more & more like legal fees etc.They will stop asking when they think you are broke, so no point suing someone who is broke. DON'T! Consult any lawyer YET! You may involve costs for nothing.Wait till you get the lawsuit.Don't be surprised if you do not.This is just scare tactics. Should you get the lawsuit then consult Messrs Lee & Lee whether the agreement you signed is a valid contract.As far as I know a contract involves guarantors.So no guarantors no contract...only an agreement which don't have to keep.Also after getting the lawsuit check on costs of taking up the case & post it on the net.Others may want to follow sooth & counter sue them with costs.This should be cheaper then what u "OWE" them. When you succeed & you will, this will flash in the papers so that all those not so internet-wise can copy you. I will also draw attention of the law firms protecting these foreign crooks to the Law Society & Minister for Law.So far i've got only the name of one law firm protecting these foreign crooks. As for those Singaporean stooges working for them & living on our blood money, better change your ways or face retribution like the tsunami...
