They already received numerous complains on these comapny and all they said is... ' I am sorry this contract is leagl', in that case, why do we need CASE for... who doesnt know all contracts are leagl... but is it fair to the consumer? Or do CASE treat all consumer as a law degree graduate that are so well verse in contract law which will know wether the contract is fair to the consumer or not?
