I'm thinking can we not lose no more time but to gather all our documents, get in touch and approach a CASE/lawyer for further action.

For those of you who are not comfortable in giving your contacts in this public forum, please forward them to hcspore03@yahoo.com.sg stating your 'name' and 'contact no.' and which Timeshare Company you have fallen victim onto. I'll drop a note to the above email to get their help in collecting these contacts.
