In short, my husband & I attended the presentation in Nov 05 but we didn't sign up. However we paid $69 hoping for a video camera. Till today, nothing was received, and now all of us know why - it's a scam! Straightly this has been going on for years and OT and JS is still continuing with their scam. Some of you have taken your cases to CASE, yet CASE did nothing and allows them to continue to con more and more people. Why???
Is there any IT expert out there that we can include CASE in this forum?

Dear Linette,

Have you contacted OT or Jue Shi about your camcorder? Have you brought the matter to CASE or the police? The problem is that most are doing nothing.

CASE is made up of few full time staff with volunteer support. Their job is to help consumers and to mediate. They are also helping with legislation. However, they are not legal authorities.

Unless sufficient people bring up the matter to CASE and the police, nothing can be done. Remember, there is nothing grey about these operations, the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act is in black and white.
