Naresh,

Thanks for your advise.

Hi All,

Recently I requested OT to quote an air ticket price but I noticed the price is even higher than I check with individual airline website. I expressed dissatisfaction and the officer phoned me awhile ago.

Prior to this, I did sent in request for quotation on Bali trip and Taiwan for past years. The rate was not impressed me at all and far behind the rate provided by other agencies.

I feel very unhappy as they seems like twisted their words saying we can't compare to promotion rate etc.

I would like to check with other "victims" whether want to meet up together at their office to confront with them? Unfortunately the customer service officer only available during weekdays. How about fix on next Thursday?

You may write to me at meiing_pua@yahoo.com.sg to get contact.

Thanks for your patience and hope to hear from you soonest.

Sorry, I have to disagree with Naresh. Just read the post by Vini & Jaws and how they got their money back even after the "cooling-off" period.
The misrepresentations by OT are clearly in violation of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act. Furthermore, if this is constantly and consistently done, it should constitute an intent to cheat.
