hi all,
LGM has been calling me 2 to 3 times since Jan till today. I owned a timeshare in Spain for quite a few years. They are telling me that I do not have to continue to pay the high maintenance fees if I am willing to listen to a 'presentation' by them. I am definitely weary of such presentations so I asked for their name and did a search on the internet. this forum is certainly an eye opener. When I finally told the sales staff I am not interested, I can sense that the person was certainly frustrated and was kind of rude. Just hope they don't call me anymore. The presentation thingy sounds very scamy. Wonder what they are offering but I didn't dare ask. Didnt really want to talk more to them. But they seem to have quite a lot of details about our timeshare!

Guys.. if you are going to take legal action againts LGM, please count me in. My dad bought the timeshare couple years ago for around 20k and we never use it. The marketing agent in LGM told him before that they can help him if my dad decide going to sell the timeshare.. but now.. they said that they dont do resale.. and told us to contact other agent.
