I registered last year my fully paid ATC membership to Jeff & Kenny Consulation Services Pte Ltd and deposited a trust fund of S$598.00 for resale registration. Anyone know this company? No one answer their phone at Parkway Parade.

If the fees that you have paid are non-refunable, then it will be as good as gone if they are not able to sell your timeshare. Anyway, resale companies that ask for upfront fees are to be avoided as they may just sit on your resale and do nothing. There will be no motivation to help to sell your timeshare as they are "already paid by you" even before the timeshare is sold to anyone.
