I had signed up for Timeshare program under Emperor Resorts several years back but managed to terminate the contract immediately after realising somethings not right about this program.

With advises and helps from laywer and CASE and I suffered a loss of S$1000 as termination fees. I also even filed a police report about this case cos these peoples are trained to pressure you to signed up program that you don't really need it and cost you a lot.

I had also been contacted by one of ENC's staff lately. I told this lady (Lin) I'm no longer in contract with Emperor Resorts ans also explained to her about how I managed to terminate the contract but she claimed ENC able to get my money back and request for an Appt.

I'm no longer in contract with Timeshare but ENC still looking forward to get me become their victim.

To all victims who are still under Timeshares and need helps and advises, pls seek from registered lawyers or CASE and not these so-call " CONSULTANCY " who claimed can help you terminated your contract and get back your money but evetually get you to "PAY MORE". Are they able to guaranteed your contract will be terminated or if you can get back all your money??? One word " NO ".

Must terminate this Timeshare contract ASAP if not, your loss will become more huge cos you are using your hard-earned money to pay for maintenence fees continuously.

Forget about the losses $$$ in the past and look for toward future where you must believe you can recover your loss by earning it back.
