Hi Everyone out there... I've also been conned by IRN or ATC, they've been calling me regarding the outstanding payments as i've stop paying them for quite sometime. They threatened to send me legal letter if i still refused to pay, so wat shd i do now?? Will they really charged me to court?? Wat can i do to get out of this shit!! I've been approached by another company called Paradise who claims that they can help me settle this but i gotta pay for their service, is this another scam again?? CAn someone pls advice me on tat??

Hi, my hubby and I were also pressurized into taking up the Destination plan by IRN!! They made it seem like if we did not take it up, we will basically be left alone and we will have to pay up whatever ridiculous amount of maintenance fee that the resort will ask from us. We are not allowed to cancel as legal action will be taken against us if we were to do so as it is considered a violation of contract!!

We have signed up after that 2hrs of pressurising and are now using credit installment payments. Anyone has any idea how we can stop payment? If we do stop, what actions will be taken against us? Please advise asap as my next payment is due soon..... =(
