I have.

1) Do not give them any upfront money.
2) ask for track records of successful transactions i.e.
evidence of their clients successfully receive the rental
3) quizz them on how one will receive the rental; the
channels, mechanism of how one will receive the rental,
digest the info and be very sure that it is workable.

If they do not agree to 1), cannot provide 2) and 3) or you
are not satisfied, then DO NOT GIVE THEM A CHANCE.

I just receive a call from them this week asking me if I am interested in renting out my week, can get around S$800 as rental. I don't believe them at all. First of all, I can book the hotel(my holiday resort) direct through the internet at less than one hundred sing dollars per night, why will someone want to rent it??? Secondly, I did not renew my membership with RCI, so there will be $$ to pay to deposit my week there.
Oh, for some cases, you have to pay $500 as registration fees before they will help u.
By the way, their company website is 'under construction'.

There they go again, asking for money upfront(regardless of the reason) before they even deliver any of their promises. And if you were to pay them upfront fees, what motivation do they have to help you rent out your week? Another $20 commission from you after they get a customer???

It is like me, paying you, $300 upfront to help me sell my broken 10 year old TV set for $800. Of course you will be very happy to do it, even if you know full well that you most likely will not be able to sell it. And the best part is, you get to keep the $300 even if you do nothing to sell it because there is no penalty for not being able to get it sold. I do not get a unconditional full refund even if you are unable to sell it for whatever reason(s).

Payment(as a form of sales commission or service) should only be paid or deducted from the sales proceeds when the resale company is able to close the deal with a potential buyer.

Paying upfront fees "regardless of the amount or scheme", is NEVER EVER a guarantee to get your membership sold!!!!
The logic just does not work!
Think about it!

Hope you people out there wanting to sell your completely useless timeshare membership on the resale market to be more becareful of such tricks.

Help spread the words. The people out there with useless timeshare membership need to be informed. Cut and paste my post if you have to, so that those money sucking leeches will not get a chance to trick more people.

Aztex Int'l just set up this year. Director and most of the staff came from L.G.M Leisure Group Marketing.

Just another scam.
