I have.

1) Do not give them any upfront money.
2) ask for track records of successful transactions i.e.
evidence of their clients successfully receive the rental
3) quizz them on how one will receive the rental; the
channels, mechanism of how one will receive the rental,
digest the info and be very sure that it is workable.

If they do not agree to 1), cannot provide 2) and 3) or you
are not satisfied, then DO NOT GIVE THEM A CHANCE.

I just receive a call from them this week asking me if I am interested in renting out my week, can get around S$800 as rental. I don't believe them at all. First of all, I can book the hotel(my holiday resort) direct through the internet at less than one hundred sing dollars per night, why will someone want to rent it??? Secondly, I did not renew my membership with RCI, so there will be $$ to pay to deposit my week there.
Oh, for some cases, you have to pay $500 as registration fees before they will help u.
By the way, their company website is 'under construction'.
