Hi,

I had also been contacted by one of ENC's staff this afternoon with the same crap. Is it really true that timeshare holders like us will be haunted by the resort developers for our maintenance fee in future?

I had not paid my maintenence fee for a few years now but had not received any letter demanding for payment. Do we really have find a laywer to terminate the contract?

Cheers,
