Getting a lawyer is definely gonna cost us a BOMB(About 10k). ANd may be even higher than what we had pay for the SHIT vacation Membership. Please advice........ It takes a sometime if they can help you recoup your money after studying your case. Hope you get your refund and be very careful the next time especially when an offer is too good to be true. Date Posted: Wed, Sep 28 2005, 10:10:48 I actually parted some money to Probiz -guarantee money back do not meet the terms & conditions. thereafter they got me diverted to the scam company LGM to upgrade your timeshare. Told Probiz that they did not meet their terms & conditions and they have to refund me in full. But they refused. Hence I brought up to CASE and after a long battle by Case lawyers & the company, Probiz returned the money . Kudos to CASE. But I can't say the same for long existing timeshare owners, as CASE has no authority to revoke any previously signed agreement. [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |
