Yes, i know of several people whom CASE has helped under the CPFTA to get timeshare companies to refund the money collected. Go to CASE as your first line of support. You will be surprised how much they can do for you. If that does not work email me at hphempra@singnet.com.sg and i will advice you what to do. Regards.

I actually parted some money to Probiz -guarantee money back do not meet the terms & conditions. thereafter they got me diverted to the scam company LGM to upgrade your timeshare. Told Probiz that they did not meet their terms & conditions and they have to refund me in full. But they refused.
Hence I brought up to CASE and after a long battle by Case lawyers & the company, Probiz returned the money . Kudos to CASE. But I can't say the same for long existing timeshare owners, as CASE has no authority to revoke any previously signed agreement.
