I encountered IRN accosting passersby along Takashimaya this evening. A young Indonesian approached me with a survey and instant win tickets. I was later told that I won a trip to a destination of my choice, while he'll obtain a commission of $150 when he brings me to claim his prize.
Just a warning that they are back on the streets and hope everyone can spread the word...
