Last known service record dated 9-24-1864, married 1)Nancy Emily Vaughn in 1869 and 2)Nancy Akemon, received KY Confederate Pension #2987 in 1914 at Buckhorn in Perry County, KY, died at Elkatawa, buried in the Nick Combs Cemetery on Rt 315, off Rt 30 near Turkey in Breathitt County, KY
