1970 VW Beetle Drag Car - $5800
It has an Autometer Rev Control, Autometer Tach, MSD shift light, Berg shifter, Mitchell wheels, 1776cc motor, Berg Wedgemated crank/flywheel, Berg notched pistons/cylinders (12.3 to 1 compression), Berg rods, Berg header, Berg hi-torque starter. Ported/polished heads with 48 IDA's. The tranny has a 4:12 R&P, close ratio third/forth, 3.78 first. Body is very clean and all graphics are removable. The car has fiberglass fenders and hood, lexan windows and weighs about 1350 lbs.(or less). The car has run a best of 12.55 at 104 mph and runs straight and strong down the track.
