I just watched the ep this evening and remember one instance where Janeway gave Seven a lingering glance (or stare !!). The scene was in Engineering with the alien and they had just came up with a solution to the atmospheric problem. Janeway tells Seven to go ahead and reconfigure the ships shields and doesn't take her eyes off Seven. Other than that scene, I couldn't detect any subtext. Let me know your thoughts.
