Ok, then do you support a man being able to get a
>court order blocking a woman from having an abortion
>if he is willing to raise the child? If he sahres the
>responciblites then he shares the rights.

What I do believe is that you need to jump off the fence and take one stance or another. Either, you are a Christian in every true sense of the word and follow the doctrines of your Christian faith or you’re not.

According to Christian theology and the writings within the New Testament, you either follow the teachings that life "No MATTER" whom or what he/she is, is to be valued and whatever sins they may commit, it is up to God to judge, not man. Or do you live your faith blindly choosing what conveniently fits into your perspective? I can not for the life of me understand your reasoning as compared to what you profess to be.

I do admire April, who is willing to admit she is at a crossroad with her faith and the teachings that she believes in. Is it natural to feel anger for someone like McVeigh? Damn right, it is and noone here has stated otherwise. However, do not preach to me the sins of abortion, when you yourself, by your own admissions are guilty of sanctioning murder. It might interest you to know that even if you think the thought, you are guilty of the offense, that according to your Christian doctrines and written in the New Testament, not mine.

Since, I hold no true faith whatsoever, I personally don’t care in the written word of any one particular faith. I do respect them all, as I respect the rights of those persons wanting to practice them. However, I do question those that wish to profess their faith and then act against its own teachings. It rings to me of an individual that wishes to be one thing and has yet to learn what that really is.
