Morning Miss V! How was your weekend? Get lots done?
I'm currently looking for a new job. It's a long story, but basically, this bitch who has it in for me has been telling lies to the boss, I got called into the office on Friday, and she pretty much got permission to make me her personal victim, and that's a bunch of crap I don't have to put up with, so I'm looking around again. Sigh....
it's just this one woman and the major asshole in charge of our department. Otherwise, life would be fine.

Oh, and I knocked my contact out of my eye getting out of my car last night, so I've got my spare in and can hardly see a thing. But, miracle of miracles, I did find it this morning, but didn't have time to clean it and put it in. this one is always off sick and the reason varies day by day. She's been off a week, apart from Thursday when she came in and coincidentally had tickets for a show that night, which she'd left here. came in th enext day and got sent home cos she was being sick apparently. Not only that, but she got a paid taxi home - she lives out of London, and they will write her sick days off, as she's now gone over her sick allocation.Bitch's boyfriend called today, not to her supervisor but to HR, saying she's got a Drs appointment. So annoying when people take the mick like that. Last time she did this they even bought flowers!

Its on the DVD of look what you've done. Quite a funny mini doc. Chris can't figure out why his cymbals don't work and Mark's going on about how he can't play piano. had to go into work so didn't get there until lunchtime, stayed all afternoon, went home as Pete was coming round. Got trashed again, missed a screening of SharkTale, went back into work again. Gee what a waste of a weekend! didn't bother doing any cleaning or anything, no point as the decorators make too much mess.
Wahser Dryer came this morning so its all systems go with the plumer. Decorators are doing my hall and stairs on the sly, gee I'm going to be living in a dream home soon

We tried to play tennis yesterday, but first it got to be too hot, so we went out for lunch, saw Shaun of the Dead (Hilarious!!!) and then tried again, but it started raining (and it had rained earlier, so the courts were wet and the balls got soaked). All in all, though, it was a fun day. :)

For a British comedy, Shaun had surprisingly no nudity, was a bit juvenile, but was really funny overall, though grosser than we were expecting, but it is zombies after all.
