Try the Freeman foot prouducts. After I go to each ballet and jazz I soak my *tired* feet in their foot soak for about 15 minutes or so- its relaxing so sometimes I find myself soaking for a half an hour or more. Then I use a foot scrub (as an exfolatior), then one of their "liquid foot powders", and top it all off with a foot lotion. Remember to put the lotion on after the powder cuz if you put it on in the reverse order your feet would look crusty (not good). Do the same thing before class but you don't have to do the foot wash unless you want to. Hope this helps!
