well, i think i know a good excercise....i dont know if i can explain it well enough but here goes...first start in plie, if u have your pointe shoes on, roll through your shoes and on to full pointe, so basically you're plieing in full pointe, (does this make sense?)finish up by straightening your legs until you're on full releve and lower. next, reverse the excercise by releving first on to full pointe and then plie into your pointe shoes(you're still on pointe) then roll through your pointe shoes and go flat still in plie and then straighten...do this a few times and it should help. (i got this excercise from my dance teacher, it hurts but it works)

hint:make sure when your're in plie on full pointe your knees are going right over the sides...
