Hey, bad arches for now mean nothing really! You can strengthen your arches by getting an exercise band and doing a stretch with that but putting it on your arch and then pulling the band back while pointing your foot. You could also just stand in a door way or curb with your heels on the top and your toes on the bottom and get as close to the curb as possible. Don't worry about it, if you have bad arches now and you want them to get better they will in time. You just have to work at them! A lot of my friends have low arches but now they are getting a lot better, i am lucky though because i have natural really big arches! Good Luck!
