Subject: Task 10

I chose the topic Parents and Family to find for an interesting theme and I thought very interesting the ones I read about pregnancy, how teens can deal with this, how to tell their parents and also how to support a child. I read one question of a 16 year-old girl which was pregnant and didnīt know how to tell that to her parents. She and her boyfriend was shocked because she said they always used protection, and she still got pregnant. The advices were the same as I'd give to her, first she had to find the best way to tell her parents, maybe it can be difficult to the parents accept it, but she has to be calm and tell them what happened. Another good advise is talk to the father and ask him if he is willing to face the girl's parents together and vice versa. Both should meet with both sets of parents and discuss rationally. And if the parents get angry, they can't get angry too, because it is their responsibility try to calm them.
There are also questions of a girl who was pregnant and wanted to runaway, and good advices showing the consequences if she do that, and also about another aspects.
Everybody knows that this is a difficult subject, and a pregnancy which was not programmed maybe can brings a lot of problems, but each one must know what do in this complicated situation.
