I chose the “never been to a gynecologist” topic. It shows some girls thoughts on going for the 1st time to the Doc. Their questions are mainly on how to choose one Gyno, if he/she’ll know if the patient is sexually active and how to be put under a birth control. The advices are for the 1st doubt –on choosing the Doc- that the patient should have some references from family members or relatives, but if you don’t, it’s not a problem to check the yellow pages for one, or check with the insurance about the choice and about the appointment payment. In one of the advices, someone mentions that “[t]here is a law called doctor-patient confidentiality”, on which these girls should trust on, that can make things easier for them. They are afraid, most of the time, of their parents finding out whether they are having sex, or becoming sexually active. So, most advices circle around that confidentiality idea, and therefore to be truthful with the doctor, he/she’s the only one that can really help them.

I think it’s too small what I wrote, but what else could I’ve said?
