Hi everybody,

This week's text is named "Rabbits Don't Eat Lentils".At first time I read it,I found it too childish. So I started reading it again,to see if there was any special reason that could justify its presence together with some other very long and quite complicated texts.Once again I realized that the text is really childish. It's a story of a girl that hates lentils, but hers mother doesn't care if she likes or not,but she has to eat 'cause lentils "is a good source of iron".In a special day, hers mother invited some friends for dinner and prepared a delicious meal, with wonderful smells. But for the girl and hers brother she prepared only lentils, that Louis(the brother)ate quickly and was rewarded with a slice of chocolate pie.As the girl was left alone in the kitchen, she started to think in a way to make the lentils disappear. She decided to cross the street to put the lentils into the rubish cans and found the Easter Bunny with greeen and blue vest. The rabbit said that he was helping Santa in those busy days and she wouldn't do that.So she came back home and ate everything.I
guess that the moral of the story is that kids should always thanks for what they have, while millions of children around the world don't have anything to eat.

I recommend this site because there are some very funny and different texts.
