Vera, I'm so sorry, I confess I didn't even think about contextualizing my examples. I thought writing only the sentence was enough. As for the words, which are not transitional words, I can clearly see now that they are not right; therefore, I'm sending more examples.

Beyond that: "I am sad that there is another victim out there. I feel bad for the family. I feel bad for the victim. Beyond that, I feel it is a sad thing for all those involved," District Attorney Thomas W. Sneddon Jr. said at a news conference.

At another point: "The prosecutor looked sheepish after gesturing so forcefully he knocked over a news organization's microphone. At another point, he ridiculed a suggestion from Jackson that the allegations were timed to coincide with the release of his latest album."

But: "Two claims of responsibility for the bombings have been made on behalf of al Qaeda. But Intelligence analysts, pointing to a history of dubious claims, are discounting two claims of responsibility made on behalf of al Qaeda for the bombings and for last week's attack on Italian troops in Iraq that killed 19."

In fact: "Sneddon rejected that idea. "In fact, we were going to execute these warrants several weeks ago, but had to put it off" for operational reasons, he said."

In that case: "Johnnie Cochran, Jackson's attorney in that case, said at the time that Jackson maintained his innocence and that the settlement was in no way an admission of guilt."

However: "As well as the benefits derived from automation , ONS has thus brought the coding rules into line with international practice . However , all these changes have an effect on data from 1993 when compared with figures for earlier years."

Are those examples right, now?
Renata.
