Well, this text focuses mainly on two characters, Ahmad Taeb and Homayoun Khamosh, who live and work in the USA but still have relatives in Afeghanistan. These men, along with more than sixty thousand other Afghan-Americans who live in California worry about their relatives' future in their homeland and whether they will be able to go back to Afeghanistan. In fact, they aren't even sure if they want to.
