1. Shirley Allen: Follow Every Rainbow

2. The text is about a woman who loved music and used to study it in college. One day, she became sick and got in coma, but because of the medicines she took, she became deaf. As she could no longer hear, she decided to change career and graduated in English. For some time, she worked as a clerck, then as a supervisor and also taught English. Later, she got a counseling M.A. degree in Howard and became a professor in NTID. She was the first black deaf woman to receive a Ph. D. in the world.

3. I got 100% of the answers right.

4. The texts are original and the exercise is quite easy, what is good for beginners.
