Subject: Pedastal Child Pt 8 - Sierra

Stressed by the retaliation at her daughter's rebellion, Coleen remained on the couch. Sitting quietly, thoughts os Tammy
winning grand supreme over and over remained in her head. There was another pageant she wanted Tammy to enter the
following weekend called "Dazzling Dolls USA". This pageant awarded a $50,000 savings bond to the grand supreme winner.
There was no way Coleen wanted to let go of Tammy's winning Chances, "Oh my God!", cried Coleen to herself. "Here I am
punishing Tammy because she doesn't want to do pageants anymore. I could just wish for her to do pageants all her childhood
life and even adulthood! She could be the next Miss America and Miss USA!" Gazing at the ring, Coleen made the wish. The
ring shone bright after she placed her thumb on top of it. "Now Tammy will never want to quit pageants!", exclaimed Coleen.
As soon as she headed to Tammy room, her husband entered the house. "Hay sweetie!", cried her husband happily. "Hello!",
cried Coleen in a pleasant manner after kissing him. "What's up?", asked her husband. "I was thinking.", cried Coleen while
watching her husband put down his briefcase. "Why don't we all go to dinner? We never done anything thing in together in a
while." Looking in pleasant agreement, her husband replied "A good idea! Let's go to Elegance at Ricci's! We said we'll go
whenever the next time we go out." "That's a wonderful choice!", cried Coleen as she put her arms around him and kissed him
again. "I'll get Tammy ready." Going in Tammy's room she saw her practicing. "Hey Tammy!", cried Coleen happily.
"Practicing already?" "I must be ready for this weekend!", said Tammy. "There's $50,000 at stake. I deserved punishment for
not wanting to do pageant! They're my life!" "Oh Tammy!", exclaimed Coleen. "Thank God you learned!" "I love you mom!",
replied Tammy while hugging her. "I love you two my baby!", cried Coleen while smiling and looking at the magical ring
excitedly. While at dinner, the three of them had a great time spending the night out together. But at home, her husband was
watching a Christian program. When Coleen went in the room, she picked up the remote and changed the channel. "Turn it
back baby.", her husband said. "Come one let's watch something else.", said Coleen pleasantly. "But Pastor Stevens is a
powerful speaker. We haven't been to church in a long time anyway so we need to catch up.", her husband replied. while
changing the channel back to the Christian program. Hearing the word of God caused her to become very resentful. It was like
hearing fingernails being scratched upon a chalkboard. "Turn it on something else!", cried Coleen angrily as she grabbed the
remote changing the channel. Quickly sitting up in bed, her husband responded "What's up with you? Why are you resenting
this Bible Program?" "I just wanted to watch something else!", snapped Coleen. "Before pageants, you were very dedicated to
God. But now every single Sunday you are at a pageant! You've changed! The pageant stage is your church and it's hurting
you, Tammy, and me!", cried her husband in an angry manner. "All I wanted to do was watch something else!", yelled Coleen.
"All I want to know is why you are resenting God! Since you put Tammy in pageants, you have turned your back on him!"
yelled her husband. "Fine watch what you want.", snapped Coleen as she walked out of the room. "Coleen!", her husband
cried. "Coleen!". She continued walking down the stairs to the living room as her husband made a groan and flopped back
down on the bed. Feeling frustrated, her husband lifted his hands and cried out "Jesus, this home is falling apart! Let your light
shine by God in order for obedience in you can dwell in this family again. After praying, comfort came upon him and he
continued watching the Christian program. Two hours later Coleen crept in the bedroom to find him asleep. She slowly crawled
on the bed and kissed him. "I'm sorry.", she sweetly whispered while kissing him afterwards. "Do you forgive me?" Her
husband woke up, put his arms around her, and started kissing her passionately.
