Hi everyone!

I'm graduating in a week, so I'm looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease (until July 31st) - the definite dates would be from 6/1 until 7/31, but if you would need to move in earlier (i.e. this month) then we can arrange something.

Commons 3 is right across the street from the CVS shopping center, so everything is really convenient. It's a perfect option if you're working or taking a class - I worked at the NIH last summer and living here made it so much easier to commute, as the metro is close by. It is a Mixed Gender Housing unit with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and "hardwood" flooring instead of carpet in the "living room" area. As of today (5/11/13), two of the other bedrooms are also available - if you want to live with friends, this would be a perfect opportunity!
