Hello I am currently living in a four person apartment in Commons three. I am graduating a semester early and need someone to take over my lease for the spring semester of next year.

My roommates are three very nice girls, one is a senior and two are juniors.

Great room available all summer. Price is VERY NEGOTIABLE, and commons 4 is the best location o ncampus (right on knox road, so close to classes, and all of the food places). The apt. is exttremely clean and has everything you could want (microwave, toaster, washer, dryer, etc.) I will even leave my tv in my room all summer. At most only one roomate will be here all summer so it will be very quiet. Please call me asap at 443-690-5555 or e-mail me.

Hi Girls,

I know lots of you are looking for Commons rooms, but they seem to be very hard to come by. Well, as an alternative, I have an available Courtyards room. The room is available for all of this coming school year. My roomie is a real sweetheart who loves to bake. There are buses which can transport you from courtyards to campus and from courtyards to downtown cp (i.e. to the bars/wawa). The rent is 675 per month and you get your own room, bathroom, and walk in closet (plus a kitchen, in apt washer and dryer, parking space, and all utilities included).

Well, I just thought I'd toss the idea out there in case it sounds appealing vs. living at home/in the view. If you are interested, feel free to call me at 240-731-4343 (Please only contact if you are approved and on the waitlist). Thanks.
