And besides, the alleged leftists of the forum haven't appointed a "head", titular or otherwise. As a matter of fact, since ST's been banned, the board's alleged leftists now occupy a more centerist position since there aren't any real leftists posting there. (That is, leftist in the European sense of the term.) Most of us have always been centerists, but only appear leftist by comparison to someone who's so far off to the right that our centerist postings seem pretty far to the left of him!
