I'm in Calcutta right now. We're gonna have really big mass and celebrations on 8th and 9th. On 8th, there will be a big mass. One of the patients in the place where I work is chosen to do the offering in the mass. We're all very excited and looking forward to that day. On 9th, there'll be a prayer meeting for people from all other religions. That will be a really great meeting. Also, there'll be a cultural show at night.
I came back on the 3rd and at that time, there was a film festival for Mother Teresa in Calcutta at that time. I could only attend the last few shows of the film festival and was quite happy to see some documentaries about Mother Teresa and the voluntary work here. I even saw myself in one of the documentaries, hahaha! I remember that when they were doing the shooting a few months before, I was always trying my best to hide away from the camera. But still, I got some shots...
Maybe some of you have known about the sister who's in charge of the female ward where I'm working at from my homepage. She's a Singaporean. Her mom and sis have come to Calcutta for the celebration here. They're now living in my place. My friends and I are busy at taking care of them and showing them around in these few days.
