The old four cylinder 99's can be stripped down to pull in the 5500 pound class. I have not had a chance to look one over that was set up to run that light. Not sure how much movable weight there was or how skinny the driver is. The engine can be built fairly large but not sure just how far. I would like to find a chassis from an Oliver 900 Industrial to build into a puller. It's a reconfigured version of the 99 with a really different look.
