A NATPA Sanctioned Pull Is what it says: Sanctioned = Meaning all their rules are enforced, regardless if anyone likes it or don’t, ready or not, good or bad. You for one should know that the NATPA isn’t going to come to town and let the local boys have a unfair advantage. I for one think the manifold rule in Div 2 is stupid. You can run a stroker motor in Div 2, but not a similar Tractor intake, plain silly. Is your brother’s Bad Moline coming out this weekend?
