Subject: vending newbie - please help

I'm thinking about getting into the vending (25 cent) machine business. I live in Truro, Nova Scotia. I would really like to know as much about it as possible, for starters . . .

-how do I approach businesses when trying to place my machines?
-do I need a contract or anything?
-can a business with existing machines still place some of mine?
-any helpful clues or hints?
