Subject: Hi Everyone. Candy Sources? License?

I am new to the business.
Does anyone know where someone in Canada(western) can get candy at a decent price? The candy here is averaging $10 a kilogram at Costco, Superstore, etc. This is too much and really limits the profit margin.

Also, do you know if a vendor needs a business license? I am assuming because the machines are on site of someone else's business that I may not need one.
