Thanks for going that extra mile Ian to find the truth about fish oil..... I'm going to find tha highest level of EPA that I can find today at the health food store.

Ever since I got divorced from mariola 2 years ago, I never been the same.... I get good days and bad days... right now I'm going through a difficult time.

I went the drug route and frankly I'm afraid of them now.... god only knows how they screw up the chemicals in the brain with long term use.

I just started taking st. johns wort so I will keep you updated on this herbal extract as well.

Thanks again for the info on EPA... it is rather important to mention this because depression is becoming more and more prevelant in this fast paced, stressful existence mankind has created.
