The 2 openings inside the sphinx enclosure on the west side behind the rump is filled with coin.... tons of seashells.. How can you explian that?

Maybe this openings were not tombs but a drainage system for the pool and when the water receded, it left in its tracks large anount of coin and sea fossils...
