He sneers. "Oh, please. Trying to read my mind, now? Hn, not very nice, little miss Linna." Angels had wings, used for positive energy and whoopdee-dee. Demons, oh, they had it better. They could twist minds, manipulate them to a certain extent.
Applying his well-practiced skill, he tweaked her thoughts into a painful twinge, not too terrible but just a warning. Face remained placid, and he said slyly, "Come on, love. Pain or pleasure? Or can I offer you both," he chuckles, still staring her down with flawless amber orbs.
