I think the writer of this article, Kalinga Seneviratne, is confusing me with Alani Taione. Taione is not a publisher. He is an Auckland mechanic who exercised his rights to take the Taimi 'o Tonga to Tonga on a trip and was arrested for trying to give them out to his friends and relatives. The writer has really got his facts wrong here.
