The other problem is that the entire bow section would probably have to be removed first, before any kind of hoistng is done. Remember that basically the only thing holding the bow to the rest of the ship is C-Deck, and I doubt it would take the strain of being pulled onto its side.

Then once you have the wreck raised, where are you going to store it? What are you going to DO with it?
