She's doing better than her contempories Lucy and Titanic, but..

Lucy appears to be in more corrosive water (conducive to rusting) and Titanic is under active attack by live bacteria. Long story requiring diagrams but I think T's bow section will start collapsing aft to forward in just the next couple years.

The barnacles growing on Britannic are a bit of a protective coating from the rusticle type bacteria found on T. From the photos, the superstructure (above B-deck) is skewed and bends and ruffles in the structure aid corrosion. Add to this the superstructure decks are half the thickness of the structural decks (B and below). The corrosion holes in the bulwark are a bad sign. If refloated, A and the boat decks are currently not safe to walk on.

The interior decks and joists are the key. If they lose verticle support for the ship on it's side, then the ship will collapse like Lucy. Early tell-tale signs like warped sides have not appeared, at least in the photos I saw.
